Summer Picnic with "Eugene Veggies" | Saturday June 15th, 2024

Eugene Plant Based Providers will be joining the meetup group, Eugene Veggies, for a relaxing summer picnic. In addition to a yummy and healthy meal, we can play ladder golf and giant outdoor Jenga while chatting among gentle breezes and watching geese.
RSVP (if you can): While there is no attendance limit, if you could let us know if you are coming and how many are in your party, it would help us prepare for setup.
Please note, you must bring your own plate and utensils.

Summer Picnic With Eugene Veggies!
On June 15th, we join the meetup group, Eugene veggies, for a relaxing summer picnic. In addition to a yummy and healthy meal, we can play play ladder golf and giant outdoor Jenga while chatting among gentle breezes and watching geese.
Eugene Veggies is a local meetup group, with people in the area who have been getting together for over 10 years. The Veggies have been having parties, cooking together, eating at restaurants, sponsoring education events and volunteering at farm sanctuaries in order to support health, the environment and our fellow animals. Their goal is to create community and moral support with people who share the same interests. They also assist people seeking to transition to a diet free of meat, dairy and eggs. WHO TO BRING: You are encouraged to bring friends and family. This event is open to everyone willing to enjoy a vegan meal and good company.
WHAT TO BRING
> a plate and eating utensil for each member of your group (only if you want to eat… Plates and utensils will not be provided!)
> a chair or blanket to sit on (optional)
> a beverage for yourself if you want one
For potluck participants, here’s what else to bring:
> a potluck dish to share (free of meat, dairy and eggs). Bonus points if you can make your dish consistent with a WFPB meal. 🙂
> a serving utensil for your dish
> an ingredient card for your dish (or the packaging if you buy a dish)
