We are LIVE! Come attend our nutrition and lifestyle education classes at the Irving Grange in North Eugene located at 1011 Irvington Drive in Eugene, OR 97404. The classes occur every Friday evening from 7-8:30PM. These are free classes and space is limited so signing up is required. See the dates and class schedule below.

You are invited to join a free online class designed to educate you about the power of food, and other healthy lifestyle changes to improve, prevent, and potentially reverse many chronic diseases. Mission and Vision Statements

The goal of this group is to educate both patients and healthcare providers in the greater Eugene and Springfield community regarding the health benefits of a whole food plant based diet.

Our vision is to establish the practice of a whole food plant based diet and other healthy lifestyle behaviors as the standard of care for the prevention and treatment of chronic disease, as well as to optimize health and well being of all people in our community.
